OptiPure Viral Auto Plate/Auto Tube (665) is suitable to extract a variety of viral nucleic acids. After mixing specimens and Proteinase K, the samples can be transferred to the Auto Plate/AutoTube for automated process. The extracted nucleic acid can be directly analyzed in subsequnt assay, such as Real-Time PCR.
