OptiPure cfDNA Auto Plate/Auto Tube (61C) is suitable for isolating high yield and qualified cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from serum/plasma within 60 minutes. Samples first pre-treated with proper condition then add into OptiPure cfDNA Auto Plate/Auto Tube (61C) prior to nucleic acid extraction process by TANBead’s nucleic acid extractor. High integrity of serum/plasma cfDNA is suitable for quality-demanding downstream applications, such as NIPT (Non-Invasive Parental Testing), NGS (Next-generation sequencing) and real-time PCR.
