LBH Advanced BioServices AB, organization number 556904-7870, hereafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “BioServices”, are responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the principles described on this page. BioServices is the data controller for the processing of personal data that occurs, among other things, when we provide services and/or products within laboratory diagnostics and during visits to the website bioservices.se.
In this privacy policy, we explain when and how personal data is processed, on what legal basis the processing occurs, and how we view the storage and protection of this data.
When processing of personal data occurs
In order for you to use our website, purchase our services and/or products within medical technology, or contact us, we need to process personal data about you.
BioServices collects and processes personal data about you when you visit our website, register your CV with us, enter into an agreement with us concerning the services and products we deliver, or otherwise contact us. The information is collected with the aim of being able to complete and fulfill agreements and for us to be able to provide services, offers, and information.
We may also in some cases collect and update existing address information via third-party address updating services.
Which personal data is processed
For you as a website visitor
BioServices collects information when you visit our website. We do this to understand how the website is used and to improve content and appearance. The information collected is primarily non-identifying information of the type that browsers normally send out when a website is visited. Your IP address is in some cases considered personal identifiable information that we process in order to review the usage of our services.

Legal grounds for processing your personal data
BioServices bases the processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds.
Performance of purchase
We process your personal data to be able to enter into and fulfill our obligations in a contract. For example, to be able to invoice and communicate. We also process your personal data to be able to follow up on business and contracts.
Interest balancing
In some cases, we perform processing of your personal data based on a balancing of interests. For example, to be able to contact you with offers, carry out sales activities, and follow up after a completed purchase.
Legal obligation
In some cases, BioServices has a legal obligation to process your personal data. This applies, for example, to being able to fulfill legal requirements according to the accounting law (1999:1078).

Who can access your personal data
Your personal data will be processed by BioServices. In addition to this, your personal data may be shared with trusted third parties who process personal data on our behalf. These companies then act as data processors.
For example, your personal data is processed by data processors who carry out our billing and auditing and by IT and system suppliers who provide technical infrastructure or other technical services.
BioServices with our suppliers and partners primarily process your personal data within the EU/EEA. If your personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, BioServices will ensure that such transfer and processing occur in a secure manner and in accordance with applicable law.
How we protect your personal data
BioServices continuously takes security measures to continuously protect your personal data. We protect databases and internal systems with firewalls, passwords, and where applicable, two-factor authentication.
Only a few users have direct access to the databases and we monitor internal systems for signs of intrusion attempts and similar.
How long we store your data
The basic setting is that BioServices will never save your personal data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this privacy policy. The exception is if we need to save the data longer to comply with other legal requirements or to protect our legal interests, for example, if there is an ongoing legal process.
Your rights
You as a registered individual have, under certain conditions, the right to request deletion or correction of your data.
