Introduction
The BioPerfectus Allfastra Respiratory Bacteria Panel (7) Real Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on multiplexed real-time PCR technology, for the simultaneous qualitative detection and differentiation of nucleic acids from multiple bacterial respiratory organisms(including Haemophilus influenzae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae and Bordetella pertussis) from the human nasopharyngeal swab, sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.
