Introduction

The BioPerfectus Allfastra Respiratory Bacteria Panel (3) Real Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the detection of DNA from Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Group A Streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus. Specimens can be obtained from the human nasopharyngeal swab, sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.
