Viral Auto Plate/Auto Tube (635) is suitable for isolating a variety of viral nucleic acids. Compared to conventional methods, these kits use a simplified procedure.It takes only 200 μl of serum/plasma by proteinase K treatment, followed by transferring to the 635 kit plate/tube. Subsequently, extraction processes are automated through TANBead’s extractors by binding of nucleic acids to the beads, washing and elution. It can be directly analyzed by subsequent assay, such as PCR (polymerase chain reaction).
